I’d appreciate any help I could get as my housing situation is getting dire. I live in a shared bedroom with a roommate for 1000 a month as I’m in grad school and moneys tight. I also live with a few other housemates and I’ve had zero problems with them and even consider them close friends.
Landlord - M (for namesake)
We routinely host game nights and invite friends over to the house (with M’s permission ofc, she often is welcome to join and does). Up until what just happened this was not a problem, both my roommate and I have been complimented frequently by M and she’s also gone as far as to say we’re her best tenants.
Recently we had a game night where I bought along my S/O who’s a police officer. He (my S/O) only mentioned it when asked about what he does for work and made no other gestures about it like bringing a gun or anything out of pocket like that. After that, M ducked away into her room and left us alone.
The next morning we received (my roommate and I) voicemails stating we had “48 hours to vacate the premises” as M is not comfortable with my S/O’s profession and is worried about him carrying a gun into the house (he doesn’t live with us).
I was just wondering and hoping if this is a scare tactic or if she has legal ground to do this. I also apologize for how messy this entire post is, I’ve been scrambling everywhere for advice. Fortunately my S/O is great enough to let my roommate and I stay w him for a while till this can be sorted out but we don’t want to trouble him. I’d be willing to provide any information and do appreciate any help people can provide.

I have the nexplanon implant in my arm. Its a plastic stick the size of a match stick, and they'll have to pull out the current one and put in a new one. It's in your inner arm near your armpit, so a sensitive area too.
They do numb you down with local anesthesia but it still hurts, and I also really struggle with the sensory sensations of being numb, and when I got the first one inserted it stayed numb for a good hour or two after I left the office. It is near anxiety attack inducing, the numb sensation.
I know I'll be fine, I know this is my best option, and in current america it's for my safety and health, but I still feel scared and only have my boyfriend to seek reassurance from. I consider you guys to be my friends, any words of encouragement?🥲

My computer is 1 year and 4 months old. I always made sure to keep it clean from dust and debris. I'm always careful before I open my PC, following safety measures. All of a sudden, I'm experiencing the same phenomenon other PC users experiences/experienced, which is the blinking of RGB lights of the fan. The fan from the back of my PC starts to blink its led light. I noticed that it only happens on startup. After 2-5 mins, its light will be stable for hours until I get bored using my PC.
I scoured the internet to look for troubleshooting fixes such as replacing CMOS battery, checking the cables if loose (especially the RGB fan cables), etc. But I can't seem to diagnose where the problem is coming from. The spinning of the fan, however, is not affected when that said phenomenon happens. The spinning of the fan is stable as the RGB light blinks/flicker. I'm not an expert with hardware, so I'm here seeking for help. I appreciate your response. Thank you so much!

It’s currently 1:33 am EST and hells itch is preventing me from sleeping. Every time I try to drift off a part of my body itches terribly. I already took Benadryl and ibuprofen about an hour and a half ago, but they don’t seem to be as effective as they were this morning. I need some help. I’m struggling hard. I have 5 children at home raging from 15 to 8 months old. I started taking this stuff for pain and quickly became addicted to it. I’ve tried over and over to get off it but I never can due to the physical withdrawal i go through. The pain and depression make me unable to be a good mom. I take care of my kids 24/7 on my own and have no friends or family here to help me. It’s been 22 hours since my last dose of Tia but at the 20 hour mark I induced Suboxone. I started off small with like 2mc and worked up to 8mg. It did absolutely nothing. I’m still withdrawing pretty bad. I only have 16mg left (I only could get a tiny bit) and I don’t know if I should take more or what. I’m laying in bed in so much physical pain and I can’t fall asleep because my back hurts so bad. I put a lot of hours on Paradox games which I know are pretty CPU intensive. Also Dota 2 and Minecraft.

No, not all of them. Some of my absolute favorite guests of all time are/were construction guys. They may be/have been loud and obnoxious at times but they're also the most respectful people you'll ever meet, seeing that you're bored out of your mind with nothing going on and striking up a conversation with you to keep you busy, going out of their way to clean up after themselves even asking for a broom/mop sometimes, fixing their own problems before telling FD even though we actually enjoy helping them, making sure our female (and not-very-strong male!) employees and guests are safe and know they have people to come to if anyone so much as slights them. But there are others that are the most detestable people you'll ever fucking meet. Guys that will call FDAs hard r nigger, faggot, cunt, and any and all other slurs you can possibly think of. That creep on and stalk girls, FDAs and guests alike, not in a playful way but in a way that visibly makes them uncomfortable and afraid for their safety. That lean over the counter and death glare you menacingly, that throw their room key at you - no, not on the counter in an exaggerated playful way, at you - that yell-talk and blare their TVs and slam shit around into ungodly hours of the night/morning, that track mud fucking EVERYWHERE and tell nobody - despite there being boot brushes fucking EVERYWHERE, calling FD constantly to do nothing but bitch and moan about things we're not even responsible for, that intentionally make messes for us to find because you sit at a desk all day my job is soooo much harder boohoo clean it up. I grew up working construction. I fucking hated most of my coworkers but thought it was an isolated thing. I now know that construction is genuinely one of the most toxic work cultures on the face of the earth, if not the most, a breeding ground for absolute demons, and I go out of my way to avoid using the term toxic so I hope this expresses the weight of what I mean. Reception is so much more unbelievably mentally exhausting than any of the work I ever did in construction. The physical pain of manual labor is dwarfed by the amount of bullshit we have to (or at least are expected to) put up with, but this is the bed I chose to make for myself and now I lie in it. They have no Goddamn idea and I would love to see them work but a single day in our shoes.
I'm old now and now own my own property. After putting up with this for decades, finally working my way up to ownership, I now have the liberty of having an absolutely zero bullshit policy for my guests that I can enforce at my discretion. I tell my FDAs that if someone is just being a rude loudmouthed shithead ignore it, they're an adult child and treat them as such but don't bend over backwards for them either. If they threaten you or make you feel unsafe in general, if they go out of their way to fuck with you and use you as an emotional punching bag, they're done. No second chances. This comes into play because I dread knowing construction groups are making a reservation with me.
