With the change to the limited amount of keys to access the training grotto, I feel the rewards should be bumped up. The “lowest” amount of stones you can acquire per run is 12 and the highest is 21. So from a stack of 10 stones we are limited to UR gear for 2 - 3 characters unless you get stones from different events. Not to sure if we will get stones to access the cave on a weekly basis, also to mention we get the key for the time dungeons in the week we don’t get the cave key, which brings it to 2 keys a month at the lowest. That’s kinda hurting the UR gear grind. Hopefully they can look at this data and either up the key or UR stone distribution.

We have just completed on a new property (not a new build). There were some obvious water damage to 2 walls in the house. The seller was adamant that this was due to an historic gutter work issue. We commissioned a level three structural survey which said there was water damage, but recommended a specialist on survey. Then we commissioned a specialist damp survey, which noted the condition of the walls and advised that this was likely due to the historic exterior drain pipe damage, but perhaps also exterior water ingress (ie “rising damp“).
We decided to press ahead with the purchase and to strip the walls back and dry them out, as well as installing some drains outside the perimeter to improve drainage.
On the day of completion, we discovered a large water leak under the floor which has clearly been going for some years, from a corroded pipe. It’s the very obvious source of the damage in our property, and it turns out that the neighbouring property has also experienced damage which they guarded against with dampproofing.
Our buildings insurance does not cover damage from issues that arise before the period of insurance. And the clause on wear and tear makes it pretty clear that problems arising from corrosion aren’t covered either.
If we had known about this issue, it would definitely have affected whether or not we purchased the property (at least at the price we negotiated).
Do we have any recourse for compensation from the surveyors? Any advice much appreciated. The repair work is likely to be expensive.

As a lawyer practicing in the Delhi High Court and working in a law firm, I've received numerous dms after my last post in Delhi regarding self-defence laws in India and how individuals can protect themselves in threatening situations. In this post, I'll provide a brief overview of the key points to keep in mind.
Under Indian law, individuals have the right to defend themselves when faced with imminent danger or threat. This right is recognized under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and other relevant laws. Keeping this short, here are some points to keep in mind : -

• Right to Private Defense: Sections 96 to 106 of the IPC establish the right to private defense, allowing individuals to protect themselves and others against certain offenses.
  
• Proportional Force: The force used in self-defence should be proportionate (very imp) to the threat faced and must not exceed what is necessary to repel the attack.
  

Now, let's discuss the commonly asked question: "When can we kill someone in self-defence?" In order to justify such extreme action, the following conditions must exist:

• The assault reasonably causes apprehension of death.
• The assault reasonably causes apprehension of grievous hurt.
• An assault with the intention of committing rape.
• An assault with the intention of gratifying unnatural lust.
• Assault with the intention of abducting or kidnapping.
• Assault with the intention of wrongfully confining a person, which may reasonably cause the individual to apprehend that they will not be able to seek protection from public authorities for their release.
• An act or attempt to throw acid.

It's important to note that the above conditions serve as guidelines, and each case is different!! Disclaimer: Luocha is probably gonna be the best Abundance character upon release. This is logical since he's limited while Bailu is standard. But you don't need Luocha (or Bailu or Gepard) to clear MoC.
Right now, the #1 problem that we non-whales have with trying to rush Memory of Chaos is that nobody is TL 60 yet.
This means that we can't access the last ascension trace node, we can't max our DPS, we can't max our healers, we can't max our LCs, and we take a lot of extra damage due to the level difference.
And realistically, not everyone has invested in their Natasha, Fire MC, and March 7th with Level 15 Gold Relics and 8/8/8 traces.
But we will get there. One day.
The only advantage that Bailu, Gepard, and Luocha have is that at low investment they facilitate MoC clears. My Bailu's gear sucks (Purple Level 9 relics, random sets, 6/6/6 traces) and she already heals more than my E5 Natasha who has the 2-Healer Bonus set, a few Level 12 Gold relics, and 8/8/8 traces.
This is normal.
So what if you don't have Bailu or Gepard? How do you sustain the other side for Memory of Chaos?
The answer is combining the two free preservation units. Fire MC and March 7th, when maxed and combined, create a good defensive core that makes up for the lack of healing. Fire MC protects the party from AOE attacks thanks to his NA shield while March protects someone (ideally Fire MC) from ST attacks.
Sure, you sacrifice 2 slots so it's a Team DPS Loss but survival is the #1 short-term obstacle for Memory of Chaos clears. Eventually, your Main DPS will be able to clear enemy waves in a few cycles so you can bench either FireMC or March 7th replacing them with a Harmony/Nihility unit.
You just have to be patient.
Sure, if you love Luocha, pull for him. But understand that, meta-wise, MHY already gave us all the tools needed for clearing Memory of Chaos. In a few months we're gonna watch videos of non-gacha MoC clears using only the 8 free units.
Pulling for Luocha (and/or getting lucky and getting Bailu and/or Gepard) will cut down the number of weeks needed. But not by a lot. You're still gonna be limited by the daily stamina in terms of account progression.
Even at TL 60...it's gonna take you:

• 1 week to farm shadows (28 shadows for 4-Star chars, 35 for 5-Star chars) to ascend your 8 characters
• 1 week to farm trace mats (8 purple for 4-Star LCs, 10 purple for 5-Star LCs) for ascending 8 LCs
• 3 weeks to farm exp books to get 8 chars to 80/80
• 2 weeks to farm LC exp cylinders to get 8 LCs to 80/80
• 2 weeks to farm credits
• 1 month or more to get acceptable Level 15 relics for your entire team (8 chars, 6 relics each = 48 Level 15 relics).

And don't get me started on the many many many weeks you'll need to max your traces since drop rates don't improve by a lot. It's still 1 blue and 1 green at TL 60 with a 16% chance of 1 purple. And that's the max Calyx level, it won't improve at TL 65.
Even with Bailu, I still can't clear MoC 8 since I end up dying. And I barely have 12 Stars since my DPS' relics/traces/levels at TL 56 are not good enough to 3-Star Floors 5, 6, and 7.
TLDR; Getting all 30 stars in MoC is a marathon, not a spring. And 5-Star Abundance and Preservation units will only help you get there a few days/weeks faster. But it's still gonna take many months.

About 1year and 6 months ago, my Sister lost her 41 yr old daughter to cancer. Location Puerto Rico. She called for a family conference call. The call was to talk to the other 10 siblings to see if someone can go live with our mother for 6 months then after 6 months we were to move mom to the states to one of my sisters house. What ever was left that did not fit I gave away. I left a job that only paid $45,000 a year but I was going to get a promotion that would raise my income to $55,000 a year. I talked to my boss he said he would hold position for the 6 months. Turns out after being with my mother for 2 months I gave a sigh of relief to my sister that I only had 4 more months to go. Which in response she tells me that mom can never fly due to her heart condition. This statement shattered any hope of me leaving and getting my life back. So she lied to me. Problem with being here with my mother, she can’t be left alone for more than 4 hours. Thus hurting my chances of getting a job. So here I am no income. After selling both of my vehicles the first one I go a lump sum but I used the money for tools. The second one I sold to my brother but he paid me in installments so to but a car here was out of the question. For 7 months I had no car, until that same brother who paid me in installments came to puerto Rico and bought a used car for the same price I sold him mine in cash and after two months he gave me the keys to use it while I am here. Sound good but the car he bought was a four door sedan Mitsubishi gallant it’s know for its break downs. The family pays me $25 a month and $140 to cut the grass. This is what they promised to pay me but only 4 out of the 10 honor our agreement. The work I used to do prepared me for the work that was needed to be done here at my mothers house which was building maintenance. Believe me after 9 years of no work being done at her house the knowledge came in handy. I have dealt with power outages that was caused by a truck and major repairs needed to be done to regain power. Which the family had no money to repair. I had to dip into my XRP savings to fix the problem I sold 4000 xrp to fix the damages. Mind you I have no way to replenish. I am using Windows 10 on an Asus Vivobook laptop using Chrome.
I recently switched from Youtube Music to Apple Music. When playing full-screen games, I became quite accustomed to being able to control my music (play/pause, skip) by accessing that media control pop-up with my volume keys (aka F2 and F3 keys). However, since switching to Apple Music (and also playing music in iTunes) I have noticed the media control pop up doesn't do anything for Apple Music in Chrome or iTunes, but if I switch to Youtube Music in Chrome, it still works.
I'd really like to be able to easily skip songs when I am in full-screen gaming mode, and this seems like it could be an easy fix, any advice?

I am building a simple shopping cart app, when clicking on a button in ProductCard component, the dispatch function from the reducer is triggered. Whats happening is, when I click on some other card to add the item, instead of adding to the existing basket items, it just replaces it. I think this is happening because of the initArg in the useReducer but I'm not sure how to fix it.

Like i posted yesterday, i just picked up kindred again and ive played probably 20 games with them. 10 of them crit and 10 with trinity.
Needless to say i cant win for the life of me going full crit.
Triforce > Collector > Cleaver > Wits End > Titanic Hydra or if behind ill skip collector and go BOTRK or BT last. Trinity is such a huge power spike and the build path is perfect for the early game too. Im also just super familiar with this build since its exactly what i build on Viego as well so i know when the biggest power spikes are. (Different playstyles obviously but damage output is very similar)
My crit build has been Stormrazor or Shiv (since shiv got buffed) , collector, Galeforce, Rapidfire Cannon, BT or GA. Ive won like 1/9 games like this lol.
Now i have to figure out how to best get marks from champs. In bronze its hard to go into an enemy jg and get their gromp without getting blown up so i try to use champions and tend to end games with 6 or 7 marks. How do you efficiently use your champ marks? Do you click it right before going in for a gank so its an assured assit?.

Had my siding contractor install new vinyl siding. I noticed when I walked up my hill that their were suspicious dots on top of the roof. Looks like the contractor used scaffolding to anchor them selves onto the roof and instead of putting it other the shingles he put it on top. I confronted the sider and had said this was “standard” for siding. He said he would do more damage peeling the shingles back since they were so glued together. I just came back from a three-day trip. I left my T450s and although it was working fine when I left it, I can't seem to boot it up.
I'm not entirely sure why it isn't working. It wasn't plugged in when I left it, so I don't think it was a power surge while I was out; and all the same, I don't think it's low on power, because I shut it off at 80% before leaving.
When I do press the power button, these three keys flash for a second before turning back off. The power button remains illuminated, however.

Hello, everyone! As a lawyer practicing in the Delhi High Court and working in a law firm, I've received numerous dms after my last post in Delhi regarding self-defence laws in India and how individuals can protect themselves in threatening situations. In this post, I'll provide a brief overview of the key points to keep in mind.
Under Indian law, individuals have the right to defend themselves when faced with imminent danger or threat. This right is recognized under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and other relevant laws. Keeping this short, here are some points to keep in mind : -

• Right to Private Defense: Sections 96 to 106 of the IPC establish the right to private defense, allowing individuals to protect themselves and others against certain offenses.
  
• Proportional Force: The force used in self-defence should be proportionate (very imp) to the threat faced and must not exceed what is necessary to repel the attack.
  

Now, let's discuss the commonly asked question: "When can we kill someone in self-defence?" In order to justify such extreme action, the following conditions must exist:

• The assault reasonably causes apprehension of death.
• The assault reasonably causes apprehension of grievous hurt.
• An assault with the intention of committing rape.
• An assault with the intention of gratifying unnatural lust.
• Assault with the intention of abducting or kidnapping.
• Assault with the intention of wrongfully confining a person, which may reasonably cause the individual to apprehend that they will not be able to seek protection from public authorities for their release.
• An act or attempt to throw acid.

It's important to note that the above conditions serve as guidelines, and each case is different!!
