Discovery star trek season 2

So we didn't make it to the Cup. It isn't easy and is never a given. We did better then 14 other teams in our conference, which says a lot. It may not be said by commentators or sports news, but we do have one of the best teams in the NHL. We will never be given the respect we deserve. I mean they made it sound like it was a mishap that we made it to the Stanly Cup in 2020. We have a GREAT team and am glad to see we made it to the WCF. What I learned this year of our team:
Hintz-This is our star player, sorry Robertson. He showed it during the playoffs. He is our highlight reel guy.
Robertson-Showed us he is our 40+ goals guy a year that ensures we win games. Hoping he learned from this years playoffs and will be ready in future playoff rounds.
Pavelski-Best mentor any team would love to have. Because of him we will have some great young players. Hope when the time comes he stays to coach in some capacity.
Benn-Say what you want, but his teammates love him and that is what you need from a captain. Also, one hell of a year. Glad to see DeBoer put him on the first PP line.
Seguin-Played a different kind of game then we are all use to, but he had a good year learning and not in the same role as before, which can not be easy for any one with the caliber of a guy that he is.
Marchment-Started out the season like an All Star. Hoping he can restart that next year. Though he is in my opinion our most physical forward in the top three lines, which we need.
Faksa-Prior to this season I was not a big fan of his, but the man can kill some penalties and stop the opposing teams top line from running circles on us.
Johnston-Only thing that can be said about this kid is he got robbed of being a Calder nominee. This is one of the great things as we start losing our older players that will continue to keep us in playoff hockey.
Dellandra-I have to remind myself he is only 22 and still has time. I believe he will continue to make a good third or fourth line player.-RFA-We will resign.
Dadanov-What a great pick up. This guy brought it and kept his line moving with him. UFA-Not sure about this one, but do think he could be kept for a fair price.
Domi-I like this guys tenacity and grit and is a great pickup by any team. UFA-Not sure if he is worth the money we will have to spend to keep him, knowing we have some good young players getting ready to move up.
Glendenning-Another great fourth liner and was our replacement for losing Cogliano. UFA-Coin toss on this due to age and also knowing we have guys ready to move up.
Kiviranta-With out a doubt our best player game in and game out of the playoffs. He did not have a bad game.-UFA- this one scares me and I hope we keep him.
Otter-Going to be a goalie every team would love to have, but did show us he does have some cracks. I think with Bishop helping next year and maybe a little more rest prior to the playoffs next year he can hold us through the playoffs. Still one of the best and will continue to grow.
Wedgewood-What you need in a backup goalie, did great all season and when called upon in the playoffs.
Heiskanan-This guy deserves so much more respect then he gets. May not get 100 pts in a season, but as an offensive defenseman he plays the BEST defense then any of the big names.
Lindell-Had a quieter year without being paired with Klingberg, but kept playing solid D. Our number 2 D man.
Suter-Ugh, another 2 years. Buy out his contract?
Miller-Man has a cannon of a shot, just needs to remember to not get burnt going the other way.
Hakanpaa-Our Big Rig replacement. Was nice hearing Messier really hype him up, because he deserved it. Played great for us all season and definitely the big hitter we need.
Lundkvist-Young guy and I think had a great year for us and will continue to improve.
Harley-Was nice seeing him come up for the playoffs and show like he did. Hoping to see much more of him next year. If so though who sits?
Hanley-UFA-Resign this guy. He is always solid on defense as a back up.

At this point, I'm pretty much done with Uber unless I get this refund. I didn't even realise I'd been charged till today, almost a week later, but I remember watching the driver on my map.
I watched this waste of space drive 10 minutes to get to me, then skip the last turn when he was only a minute away, and keep driving up the main road.
I originally thought maybe he was just an idiot who couldn't read a map, and I'm a nice guy who doesn't think being stupid is a crime. So I kept waiting, but he had multiple changes to turn right after the first turn he missed, and he kept going.
Eventually, he even drove past the turn that would of taken me to my house, so he'd now needlessly doubled how far he would have to drive to take me home, and kept going.
Eventually he stopped, and didn't move. So I just said screw it, and cancelled, since by now he was more than 5 minutes away, after already waiting 10 minutes for him to get to me, and had no way of knowing if he would drive past the turn again, and make me wait another 5 minutes after that. My new driver was already in the car park, and I was home within 2 minutes, so I thought nothing of it, until today when I saw a trip that ended somewhere I didn't recognise, and realised it was him.
I've been charged over £5 for a trip I never took, which is already bad enough, but when I googled the address, Google Street view showed me a pub!!! And while I've been in a few pubs over the years, I've never been in this one, and I've never gone to the pub at 6 in the afternoon, on a freaking Tuesday!
This absolutely looser decided that while I was waiting to be picked up, he should take a detour to the local pub, and get himself a pint before picking me up, and I only avoided being picked up by an alcoholic drunk driver, because I was watching him on the map the entire time. If I had been distracted, and not noticed him take longer than he was supposed to, he would of probably gone and had a pint, then come pick me up.
BUT! Because I've had a few problems in the past, with drivers coming to pick me up, then parking really far away and expecting me to come looking for them (and I mean parking outside a car park), I've Apprently had all the refunds Uber are willing to give, and can only give this alcoholic a 1 star rating. Which is honestly not much, considering most people either give a 5 star review, or no review.
So yeah, unless I get a reply back from Uber (which is doubtful) I've got to stick to my guns, and not use them anymore.
Which is honestly only a slight inconvenience of having to carry cash again, or use lyft or someone else, but it's still annoying.

Some of the takes about Sharpe being untouchable for any player except for Giannis/Embiid are absolutely bananas.
Yes, Sharpe balled the fuck out and was cranking his hog for the last month of the season and showed his insane athleticism and potential the entirety of the season. No one is denying that.
However, in the potential hypothetical that a team wanted Sharpe and offered a top 10 player for him we would take that deal in a heartbeat.
I’m really hoping and thinking we will stick with Sharpe, but people on here are acting like he just won Rookie of the Year. Let’s see how he plays getting substantial minutes when we’re not tanking and playing vs other G-Leaguers.
Hell, even Eubanks looked like an All-Star the season before last when we were tanking and he was starting. We saw how he actually does versus other legitimate players when forced to step up into a starting role with Nurkic injured. A solid 3rd string that can get 10-15 minutes, but not much more than that.

I didn’t find any mention of this in the sub. Maybe it’s always been this way? Maybe it’s a glitch due to the switch from HBOMax to Max. But “Unearthed”, is supposed to be Season 2, episode 11. But it airs on Max as Season 1, episode 21. Which is very jarring considering how Season 1 ends. (If you know, you know.) Just thought I’d warn any new viewers, or viewers doing a rewatch. (Currently on my…I dunno…eighth, ninth rewatch).

So I'm still watching with my family and after a long 2 week hiatus we finally made it to the season 1 finale, because we had another holiday.
I think by now everyone is pretty deep into in the story, so the wild theories and the chatter has quieted down (most importantly: everyone is finally shutting up for Stiles scenes. Sometimes.), but there were some highlights, like

• this time even my sister was fooled when Derek got shot "dead" by Kate, but my brother confidently said "nah, he doesn't die, his amazing pecs heal faster"
  
• my mom, after 12 episodes of swooning, asking "Which one was Derek again?" The hot one, mom. The one we have as our group chat picture.
  
• She was utterly disappointed when he became the Alpha. "Great. Now he is bad", she said grumpily. There was a big discussion if all Alphas are automatically bad (my brother said they just get bad because the power gets to their head), but my mom was sure that Derek was lost to the dark side now.
  
• by episode 11 everyone hated Kate to the point were someone said "I've never looked forward to someone being killed so much" (I forgot who it was)
  
• the discussions around what Deaton is: A fairy. A powerful alien being. A vampire. An evil scientist who does evil research on dogs.
  
• How did Peter even get into the winter ball?
  
• my brother thinks Peter is so Gen X for not knowing about tracking someones phone
  
• there was much confusion when Scott told Derek that Peter killed Laura on purpose showing him the picture of the deer as proof and I couldn't really clear that up either. What did the deer have to do with it?
  
• All in all it's just very funny to listen to everyone being super emotionally captivated while at the same time painfully aware of the teen show cliches. When Allison and Scott in his wolf form embraced in the end, my aunt was shedding a tear, my sister half sarcastically half almost crying said "aww, now she is falling in love with this side of him too" while my brother just laughed his ass off about Scott still looking like a goblin.
  

My mom thinks we will be done with the show by christmas, so I'll keep you posted.

I’ll start. I’m a jhin main and I pushed to master thanks to him like 2 seasons ago. Next would ne Jinx. Something about triggering her passive makes me feel like a god. Last is Samira, with enough CC in my team its so easy to carry teamfights (looking at you naut)

I’ve been a healer since BC, I played many m+ seasons with almost every healing specs. But this season is too much, I really understand why so many healers stepped back to dps
Before I start I want to specify that I’m talking about 19+ keys, before everything is doable imo if you have the required gear
The amount of healing required is imo really acceptable, except on specific mechanics like last boss of vortex and maybe the sentinel dot + knockback in Uldaman
But for me what makes healing so frustrating is the time between damages, on almost every boss of this season. There is constant either st burst or aoe burst and sometimes both at the same time. I think burst phases are the funniest part of healing, but if all the fights are permanent burst phases it’s not fun anymore. Blizzard said they want to make heal easier this patch compared to s1 but it’s way much worse
For exemple, on neltharus first boss, if you manage to deal with that 24 sec dot which ticks to 40% hp, you have like 15 secondes between each and have to burst heal again
Another exemple : Hall of infusion first boss, he does the massive aoe, all the dps come back to boss with like 15 to 30% hp, you have like 3 seconds to top them all before he does his aoe burst, and this happens like 3 times in a row with almost no time between 2 of these
Also on Asaad, during adds you have to deal with the MASSIVES damages the add provides PLUS the st chain lighting PLUS the jump, like for real come on blizzard ? And this during almost the entire fight
But the damages frequency is not the only issue with healing this patch. There is also SO MUCH move mechanics, which puts people out los, out of range, or just forces you to move but if you miss one cingle gcd it’s wipe because of the massive damages income. Like when I played my shammy, the 2nd boss in vortex was horrible because you are permanently moving, not allowing you to finish some casts & makes all your healing fucked up because of this gcd you loss
So I switched to prevoker because it made me tilt too much, but now I just have rough times on fights where everyone is spread, and trust me there is a lot of them
So please blizzard, just do something, either on the damage frequencies or decrease damages taken so we have time to top people before another mechanic happens
So tell me, how do my fellow healers feel about this patch ? As usual, harder, simpler ? What would you want to see changing ?

So I have recently been watching everything Star Wars in Timeline order and finally got to the Mandalorian. I am currently halfway through Season 2 (No Spoilers Please), and assuming the answer wont spoil anything. Can someone explain to me why the Empire is basically everywhere and The New Republic is just like "Oh the empire is growing in these sectors? We can just ignore that." Wouldnt the Republic be hyper-fixated on immediately eliminating any remaining Imperial Bases/Ships/Soldiers?

Love the game. Played a lot and am trying to get through on easy, but am obviously not using the seasons properly.
I am getting iron then back to island 2 to complete (leaving 1 for the 200 day decay). Once I get to 4 I am getting over run.
Is the best tactic to only move to new island after blood moon in winter? That seems the smartest, but will take a lot longer I guess.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my concept of SC VII with anyone and I suppose it is the best place to do it No visuals there, cause I'm too lazy to make a roster in Ps or smt like that. First of all: Rollback netcode Custom chars that doesn't fit original characters with gender, hight, messurements are banned from ranked (Like... you can't make a loli bunnygirl with Astaroth's fighting style anymore), as well as some customisation items Gameplay mechanics... well. I like everything, that SC VI offers, but I would like to return weapon loss mechanic. Like, when you peform an unlocable or take to much damage in block, you lose your stamina. When stamina is ran out. You lose your weapon. However, stamina gauche refils in time Libra of soul returns I want to mix arcade and story mode. Make it like in Tekken 4/5 where you fight both important to story chars as well as a regular opponents. However there will be a main storyline like Killik/Xianghua/Maxi trio's in SCVI Story will be pretty much like in SC II minding the newcomers and SC VI and focusing on Raphael and his jorney to SoulEdge Roster: (I compared how SC II roster expanded after SC and came up with 23 chars with 1 guest and 3 newcomers) Mitsurugi Taki Killik Xianghua Hilde Talim Raphael Yoshimitsu Nightmare Ivy Cervantes Cassandra Astaroth Voldo Seong Mi-Na Hwang Rock Groh Azwel Randy -- a newcomer heavely inspired by Mugen from Samurai Champloo by attitude, clothings and gameplay.
