Hi all
Been dealing with sciatica pain for the last year, seeing a physio about half that time. Stretches were done to try resolve but when they didn't really work I went and got an MRI which stated the following:
Findings: Standard protocol to include sagittal STIR sequence. Satisfactory vertebral alignment and no bone oedema or occult fracture seen. Desiccated disc and minimal annular disc bulge present at the L5-S1 level but no appreciable canal or exit foraminal narrowing. No degenerative disc protrusions and widely patent neural foramina at the remaining lumbar and visualised lower thoracic levels. Normal signal throughout the visualised lower cord and conus. No intraspinal mass or other abnormality seen.
With that in mind, does anyone have any advice on stretches that could help relax all this? I am trying to get more active and have also started sleeping in my spare bed as the mattress is harder. I purchased a soft mattress a month before my back pain started and I feel that may have contributed.
Right now it is just sort of on fire, lightly. Never enough pain to immobilise but still feels like when someone punches you in the arm and you feel it for the rest of the day. Some waves going down my left leg from time to time. Really feeling a bit lost about all this, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m at a bit of a crossroads in my career. I’m 35 and currently a Client PM at a large well known asset mgr. My job is somewhat niche but involves me winning business and building /managing portfolios (multi asset, public markets). Clients are RIAs, we are working directly with the C suite and building portfolios for their advisors to use with clients.
I’m growing a bit bored of the whole thing. The money is good for what the job is but being at a big firm you’re always partially on the chopping block. There’s also not much upside even if you bring in a lot of business. Day to day it’s a lot of market updates (in multi asset world you’re expected to have an opinion on everything) and intro level client pitches. I’m quite good at the sales part of things. I would like a role that involves a bit of analytical skill but also heavy on client pitches since it’s a forte of mine. I am a CFA charter holder and the first 5 years of my career were in FP&A.
I see a lot of roles these days for IR or capital raising at either a commercial RE firm or good old fashioned PE. I have zero experience in RE, nor have I worked in IB. I did work for a year at a PE startup when I was a couple years out of school - but it was very much “entrepreneurial” ie a complete shit show… doubt they’re even still operating.
Im studying for the GMAT currently. I would only go MBA if I can get into top 5 executive program. It has to be a real tool for me to pivot…. Not just an expensive line on the resume.
Can anyone here shed light on these potentials paths? Would it be a challenge for a mid-sr professional to break in given related (but not direct) experience? How is comp and WLB?

So we didn't make it to the Cup. It isn't easy and is never a given. We did better then 14 other teams in our conference, which says a lot. It may not be said by commentators or sports news, but we do have one of the best teams in the NHL. We will never be given the respect we deserve. I mean they made it sound like it was a mishap that we made it to the Stanly Cup in 2020. We have a GREAT team and am glad to see we made it to the WCF. What I learned this year of our team:
Hintz-This is our star player, sorry Robertson. He showed it during the playoffs. He is our highlight reel guy.
Robertson-Showed us he is our 40+ goals guy a year that ensures we win games. Hoping he learned from this years playoffs and will be ready in future playoff rounds.
Pavelski-Best mentor any team would love to have. Because of him we will have some great young players. Hope when the time comes he stays to coach in some capacity.
Benn-Say what you want, but his teammates love him and that is what you need from a captain. Also, one hell of a year. Glad to see DeBoer put him on the first PP line.
Seguin-Played a different kind of game then we are all use to, but he had a good year learning and not in the same role as before, which can not be easy for any one with the caliber of a guy that he is.
Marchment-Started out the season like an All Star. Hoping he can restart that next year. Though he is in my opinion our most physical forward in the top three lines, which we need.
Faksa-Prior to this season I was not a big fan of his, but the man can kill some penalties and stop the opposing teams top line from running circles on us.
Johnston-Only thing that can be said about this kid is he got robbed of being a Calder nominee. This is one of the great things as we start losing our older players that will continue to keep us in playoff hockey.
Dellandra-I have to remind myself he is only 22 and still has time. I believe he will continue to make a good third or fourth line player.-RFA-We will resign.
Dadanov-What a great pick up. This guy brought it and kept his line moving with him. UFA-Not sure about this one, but do think he could be kept for a fair price.
Domi-I like this guys tenacity and grit and is a great pickup by any team. UFA-Not sure if he is worth the money we will have to spend to keep him, knowing we have some good young players getting ready to move up.
Glendenning-Another great fourth liner and was our replacement for losing Cogliano. UFA-Coin toss on this due to age and also knowing we have guys ready to move up.
Kiviranta-With out a doubt our best player game in and game out of the playoffs. He did not have a bad game.-UFA- this one scares me and I hope we keep him.
Otter-Going to be a goalie every team would love to have, but did show us he does have some cracks. I think with Bishop helping next year and maybe a little more rest prior to the playoffs next year he can hold us through the playoffs. Still one of the best and will continue to grow.
Wedgewood-What you need in a backup goalie, did great all season and when called upon in the playoffs.
Heiskanan-This guy deserves so much more respect then he gets. May not get 100 pts in a season, but as an offensive defenseman he plays the BEST defense then any of the big names.
Lindell-Had a quieter year without being paired with Klingberg, but kept playing solid D. Our number 2 D man.
Suter-Ugh, another 2 years. Buy out his contract?
Miller-Man has a cannon of a shot, just needs to remember to not get burnt going the other way.
Hakanpaa-Our Big Rig replacement. Was nice hearing Messier really hype him up, because he deserved it. Played great for us all season and definitely the big hitter we need.
Lundkvist-Young guy and I think had a great year for us and will continue to improve.
Harley-Was nice seeing him come up for the playoffs and show like he did. Hoping to see much more of him next year. If so though who sits?

Hello pathfinder 2e community subreddit.
I'm running a homebrew adventure for 4 lv1 PCs (Champion, Necromancer, Magus, Construct Inventor).
Last session, they got into a fight with a pair of Bloodlash Bushes with the weak adjustment. I didn't railroad them into it and made it pretty clear they could run away, but they were pretty intent on fighting them.
The necromancer tried to identify what they were, but he rolled poorly on his Recall Knowledge and only got barebones information, like that it had high fortitude and that its attacks had reach.
Throughout the fight, they were getting continually blindsided by the monsters' abilities, and their frustration was only compounded by how the dice really wanted the bushes to win.
The necromancer was having an especially bad time here. The bushes rolled high enough to kill his skeleton in one shot even with slashing resistance, and then one rolled a Nat 20 to resist his other spell.
I know there was probably a ton of ways for them to have tilted the odds in their favour, but I don't think it'd be wise to mention them because it'd just highlight their mistakes & make them feel worse.
Plus I'm pretty sure there was nothing the necromancer could have done to prevent the monsters from rolling maximum values on their dice. 😭
Atm, I'm thinking about framing the encounter as a learning experience for their characters & letting the Necromancer find some dust of corpse animation, but I'm not too sure if that's the right way to go about this.
Any advice on how to handle this and make them feel less awful about the encounter? Should I wait until they cool off to give suggestions? Thanks in advance.

About to wire up my renovated garage. It has a 2.5 for GPOs and 1.5 for lighting both coming RCBO (20 and 10 amp respectively). I was considering putting in a consumer power board with RCBOs in the garage for additional protection. I’m looking to put bar fridges, washer, dryer and tools out there. The garage is a multi use space - garage, tool shed, pool house, bar.
Is there any issues having 2 x RCBOs on the same circuit?

Saitama never fails to be a beacon of light. No matter his appearance he really is a pillar, just like Amai Mask said a hero should be. I can't really see him go through an arc himself but he sure does affect and inspire the people around him. I also like how Saitama speaks from the heart; he says what he thinks with no filters, and often he sees right to the core of things. He can tell how someone truly is without bias.
Watching Amai Mask get bullied was soul-crushing. After those chapters I changed my perception of him. ONE never fails with memorable and in-depth characters, even side characters not relating directly to Saitama!

Honestly, I'm disappointed Murata left out the part where Saitama saw through Garou and told him what he really wanted to be was a hero. I thought it added so much depth and understanding to the story.

There was also a sweet moment after the meteor, when Genos told Saitama he would always follow him even if the public was against him, you could see how happy Saitama was when he walked away, but unfortunately that was only in the anime.
Aaand also, this epic full coloured page that screams IMPORTANT. Beautiful! Wish there was more moments like this in the webcomic.
Honestly, Saitama gives the best advice to Genos without intention.

Suiryu hitting rock-bottom in the pit of despair was chilling to see. It was amazing how fast but realistic his perception of heroes changed when he saw Snek and Max fight courageously; they were weaker than him physically, but stronger than him in spirit. But they still lost and he gave up hope again until Saitama swooped in.

Deep Sea King arc was honestly the moment that I REALLY started liking Saitama as a character. He showed that everyone can be a hero no matter how strong--he couldn't sacrifice his life or physical wellbeing to save people, but he COULD sacrifice his reputation and the public appreciation of him. You don't need power to be a hero, Mumen Rider and Saitama are core examples of that, even though they are literally at opposite ends of the power spectrum.

I just bought a yofer V2 rear diffuser with 3rd brake light. I am trying to wire the third brake light. I watched youtube videos and noticed my harness is different than in videos. In the videos, they just simply took off the lights and connect to the wires. However, mine is a wider connection.
I had to peel back the trunk liner to get to the clips on the driver side. I did that already and it’s still not working. There’s also an extra wire hanging off the connection to the third brake light that is black and silver spots on it.
Anyone know how to fix this or did i get the wrong harness sent?

I'm having hard time wrapping my head around the narrative that Ken was more deserving or more competent.
We all know Ken wasn't the killer the role demanded him to be, he slowly moulded into the killer persona majorly after Logan's death. His name being underlined (or crossed out) by Logan was his ultimate motivation.
Shiv has always been the cold, cruel and indifferent killer. She was smart as fuck - smarter than all three of the sibs, I'd say. It was Shiv's idea of choosing a US CEO to convince Mencken and that was the idea that actually played out well (just not for her). Shiv manipulated the fuck out of that cruise victim to get her to drop the case.
About experience? Yes Kendall had a major edge but that's the part where a lot of people don't feel any sort of empathy for Shiv's character- Kendall got the exposure through Logan growing up, Shiv didn't. We all know Ken wasn't the killer the role demanded him to be, he slowly moulded into the killer persona majorly after Logan's death. His name being underlined (or crossed out) by Logan was his ultimate motivation.
Shiv has always been the cold, cruel and indifferent killer. She was smart as fuck - smarter than all three of the sibs, I'd say. It was Shiv's idea of choosing a US CEO to convince Mencken and that was the idea that actually played out well (just not for her). Shiv manipulated the fuck out of that cruise victim to get her to drop the case.
About experience? Yes Kendall had a major edge but that's the part where a lot of people don't feel any sort of empathy for Shiv's character- Kendall got the exposure through Logan growing up, Shiv didn't.
