M36, Asking about career, job and promotion. When will I get a promotion and a stable job that I like?
I am aware of my sade sati 3rd phase, but I have not seen any changes in my life yet. It seems like everything related to my career and job is not going in any direction and stalled at one point. I am always blank, frustrated and confused and need help moving anything in any direction. I always give my 200% effort in my job and achieve things for my team and my boss.
Do you see anything that can show some signs of promotion and a stable job? Any guidance or help is appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

There has been a "thumping win" for the Labor Party in the NSW state elections, far more decisive than anyone expected. The Greens struggled and got no coat-tail advantage. Their Teals held on to repeat some of the Federal election gains.
The hard-conservatives, characterised by the religiously-inspired Abbott and Morrison leadership suffered, another big loss and is finding its culture war stands are losing stands.
***CHART-1: According to the projections published Wednesday after the latest FOMC meeting had concluded, 10 of the 18 meeting participants anticipate one more 25 basis point hike this year, while one FOMC member even sees the current rate as the end point of this tightening cycle.
While seven meeting participants expect that that the federal funds rate will be raised by another 50 to 100 basis points by the end of the year, none believes that it will climb beyond 6.00 percent.***

In Europe, markets are increasingly worried about Deutsche Bank. It has been eyed for years over some long-standing shady practices often with Russia, but now, post-Credit Suisse, confidence is leaking away to a serious extent. On March 9, its share price was €11.51. It ended on Friday at €8.54.
Shareholders are nursing a -25% dive in just two weeks on growing speculation the giant German bank could be following Credit Suisse's deadly path. It has wide-ranging issues. When confidence in a bank goes, it can go suddenly. The German Government is scrambling to reassure the market. But the odour is affecting many other banks as well.
On a more positive note, Eurozone economic growth accelerated to a ten-month high in March according to the latest flash PMI survey data, adding to signs that their economy is reviving after falling into decline late last year. Inflationary pressures have continued to moderate, with input prices even falling sharply in manufacturing.
Jobs growth has also accelerated and business confidence in the outlook has remained resilient despite concerns stemming from recent banking sector stress and higher borrowing costs. Having noted all those positives, the overall rate of expansion is still quite modest.
Across the Atlantic, American durable goods orders fell -1% in February from January, to be just +1.0% ahead of year-ago levels. Mainly this was because of weak aircraft orders which have been a drag for a few months now.
Orders capital goods were up +3.8% if you exclude defense and aircraft orders. Including both, capital goods orders were down -4% from year-ago levels.
But perhaps the March data will be better? The latest PMIs for March are healthy in the US. The flash Markit PMI for March reports the fastest uptick in US private sector business activity for almost a year, as new orders returned to growth.

Their services sector expanded faster in March, and their factory sector's February contraction was almost eliminated in March. There is nothing in this report to indicate the US labour market is pulling back, but there are indications that price inflation remains high.
This will steel the US Fed for an even higher benchmark interest rate to try any take more steam out of the expansion. Certainly that was the view of Fed hawk James Bullard overnight.
And banking turmoil issues are still playing out in the US with reports that depositors are moving funds from banks to money market funds, and close to NZ$½ tln has shifted this way through Friday.
This is a significant funds flow, even for the giant US banking industry. The beneficiaries? money market funds run by JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Fidelity.
Separately, the IMF boss noted over the weekend that the risks to global financial stability have increased. She also urged China to 'rebalance towards consumption'.
The price of gold will open today at US$1978/oz and up +US$1 from this time Saturday. A week ago the gold price was US$1975/oz, so very little net change here.
And oil prices start today unchanged from Saturday at just over US$69/bbl in the US. The international Brent price is now just under US$74.50/bbl.
The Kiwi dollar is unchanged against the USD and now at 62 USc. Against the Aussie we are little-changed at 93.4 AUc. Against the euro we are also little-changed at 57.7 euro cents. That keeps the TWI-5 down at 70.1, which compares with the week-ago level of 70.9.
The bitcoin price is little-changed today, now at US$27,734 and up +0.1% from this time Saturday. Volatility over the past 24 hours has been modest at +/-1.9%.

Consistent performer Mainfreight stumbled and New Zealand shares finished the last week on a flat note with investors remaining wary about where markets are heading.
Shane Solly, portfolio manager with Harbour Asset Management, said there was still some volatility to work through and investors were operating in a pretty fragile environment.
He said Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen clarified that the US government was prepared for additional banking deposits action if warranted. “The global banking system has a lot of band aids on and hopefully it will settle down.
“Bond yields fell overnight, and there are signs that economic activity is slowing rapidly in New Zealand and Australia. This puts company earnings forecasts at risk.”
Analysts have already cut Mainfreight’s earnings outlook and the stock was down $1.47 or 2.12 per cent to $68.03 after climbing $1.70 the day before.
Merger and acquisition activity in Australia sparked the retirement village sector here. US investment firm Bain Capital has made a A$775m ($829m) takeover offer for aged-care provider Estia Health at $3 a share, a 28 per cent premium to its latest price of A$2.66.
Summerset Group was up 10c to $8.65 and Ryman Healthcare gained 3c to $5.05. Ryman has repaid its US private placement notes for a cost of $855.5m following its $902m capital raise.

Spark, up 7.5c to $4.945, is re-organising its leadership team with chief operating officer Mark Beder becoming customer director enterprise and government, and Greg Clark moving into the SME and Consumer director role. A new network operations director will be appointed.
Utilities investor Infratil, gaining 7c to $8.87, held its investor day in Auckland and told the market it has narrowed its operating earnings (ebitdaf) guidance for the year ending March to $520m-$5635m, from $510m-$540m.
Infratil outlined to shareholders significant investment opportunities in key portfolio sectors such as renewables through US-based Longroad Energy and digital growth through CDC Data Centres and One/Voda NZ (Vodafone). There was work to be done on its diagnostics investment.
Synlait, up 1c to $2.40, is reporting the details of its first half result on Monday after earlier warning the market about a significant earnings downgrade.
NZ King Salmon Investments, unchanged at 20.5c, is announcing its latest annual result on Wednesday. Solly said “the litmus test will be the demand for soft commodities. The company has had a tough run lately and investors will be looking to see if it needs additional capital.”
Rua Bioscience, down 1c or 4.76 per cent to 20c, is stopping its local manufacturing operations and will work with partners to build its medicinal cannabis portfolio. Rua’s cultivation team in Ruatoria will continue to develop unique genetics for existing and new products.
